Well, consumer fraud in New Jersey at least can be both services that you contract with a home improvement contractor, to do some type of work on a house and it can also be a product. You go into a store and the store says that this product will maintain its waterproof for five years, and we find out unfortunately that it’s either not waterproof or the waterproofing only lasts for one year. When you bought it the expectation was that it was gonna have waterproofing for five years so then we obviously, we step in for the consumer. We try to resolve the difference and usually it involves litigation where if it is a misrepresentation in New Jersey they’re entitled to various types of remedies, which could include treble damages, which are three times what they pay for the product. Could be as well as attorneys fees and costs the consumer. Fraud is to meet the, what we call the reasonable expectations of the consumer again goes back to that good faith idea that when a consumer goes to buy a product or assigns a contract for some type of service they’re believing that they’re getting what they are, what they wanted to buy, what they wanted to purchase and when it falls short the consumer fraud statute steps in and tries to meet that original expectation.
